Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science from any of the IITs, NITs or BITS-Pilani from the batches of 2009 & 2010.
Job Description:
A software engineer researches, designs and develops software systems which meets product engineering specifications. This engineer is expected to work on leading edge software products/technologies.
Responsibilities:
A software engineer is expected to perform the following:
* Handle project tasks independently with least supervision
* Prepare software design documents which provide detailed information about each sub-module
* Contribute innovative ideas/ suggestions for product enhancements
* Write defect-free code and ensure that created module meets all performance, reliability and functional requirements
* Review written code for self and others
* Analyze issues, debug and modify written code as required
* Escalate issues as and when required
* Document programs for maintainability
* Prepare user documentation or provide inputs for creating user documentation
* Create unit test cases and validate them
* Understand functional specifications and create test specifications
* Mentor and train team members
* Capture actual efforts in status reports
* Gather and report metrics
Functional:
* Display sound analytical and design skills
* Display sound programming knowledge
* Display sound tools knowledge
* Acquire expertise in domain knowledge
* Acquire process knowledge
* Acquire product knowledge
* Design modules
* Plan project work according to priority
* Respond to team queries and requirements
* Mentor and guide team members

myself, Anand 41,graduated as BcOM, MB1998, Returned to India in 2008.
I did a training for career as TESTER. but have not been assigned any pratical project excepy my work at 100% EOU at NCR ( 2000-01) as project coordonator.
My duties were mainly involving communication and liasioning with clients abroad. My acknowedged skills were mainly: eye for detail, oral and written communicator, time management and puntcuaity.
I am efficient worker with skills to cordinate in software firs.
I am looking forward to further my carer in TESTING softwares involving financial/accounting modules.
