Desired Candidate Profile
-Should have completed Graduation.
-UG should have atleast 1yr Intl call center OR 2 yrs other domain exp.
-BE/BTECH freshers 65% Or 1yr Intl call center exp.
For Technical Support:
-Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting.
-Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
-Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process.
-Troubleshooting customer queries regardin Laptops and Desktops.
-Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers.
-Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile.
-Provide First – level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
-Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
-Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
-Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
