Develop test plans for defined projects.
Implements and teaches test development methodology.
Investigates new configuration management tools and methods.

Participates in product specification and code reviews.
Executes tests, analyzes failures and reports results.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and experienced: BS/BSCS & 5-7 years or MS/MSCS & 4-6 years

Please give OPPORTUNITIES for FRESHERS to expose their talents and passion for working. Since an experienced person also once upon a time fresher only. They got their opportunities and became experienced. So i request you to make a way for freshers too.

Please give chance to those who got experience but break more than 6 months in career. Due to valid reasons, there may be break in career. And also, please do consider all those experienced candidates without age par. Sometimes, I see the interviewer just looks on candidates age or year of passing and if its too old and aged then ignore it immediately, irrespective of the persons family situation, the criticality of job needs and actual skills and requirements met or not.
