This opportunity is for experienced persons and not for freshers. We do not have time to provide training to freshers. Freshers are unaware of challenges faced in software testing by using QTP.

If companies keep on looking for only experienced,the freshers who have knowledge but not experience will have to go for fake experience ..So the companies should give equal opportunities to freshers and spend money on the training rather than the background verification.
