Roles & Responsibilities:
- Exp in project audit, SEPG and process improvement, review of artifacts, etc.
- Person must also be able to grasp the Business/Project scenario and deploy CMMI in the right context.
- Help the project manager understand the CMMI process.
- Conduct the Process Area Audits for the project.
- Thorough practical exp of all levels of CMMI.
- Understanding of SCAMPI.
- Direct participation as ATM or FAR during final assessment.
- Collection of metrics data and analysis.
